🔁 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Silsila Travel, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
1. General Policy
All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund rules of the respective service providers (tour operators, attractions, transport companies, etc.).
By confirming a booking with Silsila Travel, you agree to these terms.
2. Tours, Attractions & Experience Tickets
Non-refundable bookings:
Most attraction tickets, tours, and experiences are non-refundable once confirmed, especially for peak season bookings.
Partially refundable bookings:
Some services may allow cancellations with a deduction if cancelled within the permitted time frame.
No-show policy:
No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
3. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email.
Cancellation charges vary depending on:
- Type of service booked
- Time of cancellation
- Supplier rules : Any supplier-imposed penalties will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Cancellation by Silsila Travel or Supplier
If a service is canceled due to operational issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:
An alternative date/service or A refund as per supplier approval
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Bank charges or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
6. Buy Now, Pay Later (Tabby / Tamara)
Refunds for BNPL payments are subject to Tabby/Tamara policies.
Any installment fees charged by BNPL providers are not refundable.
