Silsila Travel acts as a booking intermediary for tours, attractions, transfers, and travel-related services.

We do not operate tours directly unless specified.

2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

Confirmation vouchers will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Peak season pricing applies during holidays and high-demand periods.

All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate personal details.

Valid identification may be required at attractions.

Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Liability

Silsila Travel is not responsible for:

Delays, accidents, injuries, or losses caused by third-party suppliers

Weather conditions or force majeure events

Any disputes must be addressed as per UAE laws.

6. Amendments

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and supplier approval.

Amendment charges may apply.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
